Shipping policy

 

Your General Profile (the one that matters for your own products) has just two zones:

  • Domestic — Portugal only
  • International — a broad mix of 27 countries, including most of the EU

The EU countries currently covered in your "International" zone are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden.

EU countries that are missing from your General Profile entirely: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia — plus any other EU member states not listed above.

For simpler rate management, I'd recommend breaking your EU shipping into regional zones rather than one big "International" bucket. Here's a practical grouping:

  • Western EU — France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria
  • Southern EU — Spain, Italy, Malta, Cyprus, Greece
  • Nordic EU — Denmark, Finland, Sweden
  • Eastern EU — Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

This way you can set rates that reflect actual shipping costs — Eastern EU and Nordic routes often have different carrier pricing than Western EU.
